Although the calendar says it's officially Spring, we here in Upstate NY usually have to wait a little bit longer to start feeling the effects. Here's a list of a few things I'm looking forward to once the season actually kicks in:
1. Albany's tulips
2. The first bits of green (and something besides root vegetables) at the farmer's market
3. Leaving the house without a coat
4. Driving with the windows down
5. Bike rides

Ooh, and I love it when the farmer's market moves outside. A sure sign of spring. Can't wait. And fiddleheads, too! Soon they'll have fiddleheads! Very exciting.
